The Customer Service Department exercises one of the major functions, i.e. interaction with main customers – airline companies. Meeting high standards of airline companies, the department’s team coordinates operation of CJSC Aeromars subdivisions. All innovations and ideas that airline carriers plan to implement start here. Customer satisfaction is a key indicator of success and largely depends on managers abilities, their understanding of principles and procedures, as well as their knowledge about airline company product.

Special attention is paid to work with claims. In this area, a prerequisite of efficiently developing interaction is an individual approach towards inquiries being considered.
