The department deals with development of menus and design of dishes, as well as with preparation of all necessary documents. The department was organized on the day of CJSC Aeromar’s establishment.

At the stage of approval of airline companies new menu, a presentation is made. As a rule, managers and representatives of an airline company are invited to take part in a presentation and taste new dishes. Selection of a menu depends on wishes and national preferences of a carrier, as well as on flight directions and time.

Since recently, presentations for OJSC Aeroflot have been arranged not only at CJSC Aeromar, but also in Moscow restaurants. It is an airline company who invites guests to a presentation. These may be frequently flying passengers, celebrities, journalists.
