HISTORY "Aeroflot", Russia and "Marriott in-flight services Ltd", Great Britain, (together "AeroMar") came forward as company founders. "LSG Sky Chefs", international corporation, which is the world leader in airline catering business, is the western share-holder now. First stage of the old catering facility reconstruction was over in October 1989, at this time they started to manage meals delivery operations. The work on full cycle of meals production, delivery, in-bound flights stripping and new flights equipment preparation began effective April 1990. In October 1990, "British airways", British airline, became "Aeromar" first international customer. BA started to take in-flight meals from Moscow, and in particular from "Aeromar", (all foreign airlines used to have round-trip catering before this moment).
