The main sphere of JSC "Aeromar" activity is maximum satisfaction of airlines and other customers needs in quality, modern design, competitive catering meals and services. 
Today we have near 40 foreign and 30 russian airlines as customers, which operate flights from "Sheremetjevo" airport. 
JSC "Aeromar" is situated at "Sheremetjevo" airport, there are 1200 people, employed in the company. The company operates on round-o-c`clock basis. The company produces 15 000 -47 000 meals per day. The maximum number of portions produced is 50 000. The company caters 130 flights averagely.
Vehicles fleet consists of different highlifts ("Ford", "Renault", "Volvo"), there is a possibility to service aicrafts of any type.
"Aeromar" proposes to the customers more than 20 meal types, including vegetarian, kosher, muslim, children and others.
To fulfill such active programme, "Aeromar" signed direct Agreements for products supply with vendors from14 countries around the world. This way, fresh fruits are supplied from Spain, shrimps - from Thailand, semga salmon - from Norway and so on.
Having responded the airline wishes, in 2003 there were presentations of the new type of in-flight equipment, crew meals, express meals, meals for children.
In 2003, the meals of restaurant type service "Performa" were developed and implemented together with "Aeroflot-Russian airlines". It is first project of such type in Russia. 
Quality control of products and meals cooking procedures, hygiene standards kept by employees is constantly maintained at the operations.
