PROGRAMS AND PROCEDURES
The company experts monitor all news in the industry of in-flight meals and services. The constant temperature regime, necessary for in-flight meals set up in accordance with the new international rules HACCAP, russian sanitation requirements, is maintained in the cold and hot food kitchens, it also keeps the product fresh.
The production facilities is equipped with the modern, all purpose equipment, refrigerators and blast freezers, and because of that airlines have an opportunity to order round-trip meal service.
In order to develop the production skills, to maintain and attract new customers, to resolve other tasks in competitive environment, there is the "Customer care" Program, implemented in the company. The purpose of the Program is an individual approach to each customer, positive feeling about the Company. The Program was implemented as inter-link between the partners expectations and the course toward the maximum satisfaction of the customer requirements.
Leanteam EMEA is the first stage which was introduced at the company. Lean procedure gives the possibility to reduce non-production wastes significantly and develop efficiency of the current procedures. Lean procedure is organized in order an employees work more efficient, but not to do more work, than they do now. Lean procedure is used at many of the biggest companies and prooved its efficiency in "Aeromar".
Cycletime Procedure, which was implemented at the company a number of years ago, is a tool wich gives the possibility to compute and control in a right way the products (equipment) issuing in accordance with the certain flights and with the certain time-frame, to make right products rotation, to reduce production
wastes.
